About This Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Isan Wealth, a financial education provider located at 92 Sanam Bin Nam Road, Mueang Nonthaburi, Nonthaburi 11000, Thailand ("we", "us", "our"), and any individual ("you", "learner", "participant") who enrols in one of our programs, submits an enquiry, or accesses our website at isanwealad.pro.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
Nature of Our Programs
Isan Wealth offers structured financial education programs designed for adult learners in later career and retirement stages. Our programs are educational in nature. They do not constitute investment advice, securities recommendations, or financial planning services regulated under Thai securities law.
Program content is designed to improve financial literacy and support informed, independent decision-making. Nothing in our programs should be construed as a recommendation to purchase, sell, or hold any specific financial instrument.
We offer the following programs, with fees current at the time of enrolment:
- Reading the Stock Market Without Anxiety — 6 weeks — ฿3,290 THB
- Patient Investing Through Mutual Funds — 10 weeks — ฿6,590 THB
- A Long-View Equity Program for Later Life — 15 weeks — ฿10,790 THB
Program schedules, formats, and facilitators may change. We will notify enrolled learners of any material changes with reasonable advance notice.
Who May Enrol
Our programs are open to adults aged 18 and above. While our content is designed with learners in later career and retirement stages in mind, we do not restrict enrolment by age.
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. We reserve the right to decline an enrolment where we have reasonable grounds to do so, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
You are responsible for ensuring that the contact and personal information you provide at enrolment is accurate and complete.
Program Fees
All program fees are denominated in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full prior to the program start date unless an instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing.
We accept payment via the methods displayed on our website or communicated during enrolment. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; we do not store card details ourselves.
Fees may be revised from time to time. Any revision will not affect confirmed enrolments where payment has already been received.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before program start: Full refund, less any payment processing fees charged by our provider.
- Cancellation 7–14 days before program start: 50% refund of program fee.
- Cancellation fewer than 7 days before program start: No refund is available. However, we will make a reasonable effort to transfer your enrolment to a future intake.
- Cancellation after program commencement: No refund is available for program content already delivered. Transfer to a future intake may be considered at our discretion.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at [email protected]. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
If we cancel a program or session, enrolled learners will receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled component, or the option to transfer to an equivalent future intake.
How Programs Are Delivered
Programs may be delivered in-person, online, or in a blended format. The delivery format for each program will be clearly communicated at the time of enrolment. We reserve the right to adjust delivery format where circumstances require, with notice provided to enrolled learners.
Online sessions require a stable internet connection and a device capable of running standard video conferencing software. We are not responsible for technical difficulties on the learner's side.
Recorded sessions, where made available, are for the personal use of the enrolled learner only. They may not be shared, redistributed, or published in any form.
Ownership of Materials
All program materials, including slides, worksheets, recordings, written content, and frameworks, are the intellectual property of Isan Wealth. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own learning purposes.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from any program material without our prior written consent.
Expected Conduct
We maintain a respectful learning environment for all participants. Learners are expected to engage with facilitators and peers in a courteous and constructive manner. We reserve the right to withdraw program access from any learner whose conduct is disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others, without refund.
Our Liability
Our programs are educational in nature. We do not accept liability for any financial decisions made by learners based on content covered in our programs. All investment decisions carry risk, and past performance information shared in educational contexts does not indicate future results.
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you in connection with any program shall not exceed the fee paid for that program.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind, including loss of income or investment losses.
Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
Use of Our Website
Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate enrolment enquiries. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that website content is accurate and current, but we do not warrant its completeness or uninterrupted availability.
Amendments
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published at this address. For enrolled learners, material changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect.
