Three programs.
Each with its own horizon.
Whether you are new to market thinking or looking to place equity exposure within a life-stage portfolio, there is a program here suited to where you are now.
Back to HomeHow we structure learning at Isan Wealth.
Each program at Isan Wealth is designed as a complete arc — not a collection of loosely connected lessons. We begin from wherever the learner is, build conceptual foundation carefully, then move to practical application within the Thai financial context. Every program closes with a personal document the learner has created during the course.
We work at an unhurried pace because the financial decisions that adults in midlife and beyond are considering are not trivial. They deserve careful attention, and that care cannot be rushed. Materials are available whenever the learner is ready — not on a fixed schedule.
Our market examples are drawn exclusively from the Thai environment: the SET, SEC-registered funds, Thai tax treatment of equity investments, and the practices of Thai asset managers. We do not adapt material from overseas markets and present it as equivalent.
Foundation-First
No prior knowledge assumed. Every program begins from the base and builds deliberately upward.
Thai Market Focus
SET structure, Thai-registered funds, SEC regulations — all examples drawn from the local environment.
Personal Outputs
Each program concludes with a document the learner builds — an allocation worksheet or investment framework.
Self-Paced
No rigid weekly deadlines. Materials accessible at any hour. Progress at the pace that serves real absorption.
Reading the Stock Market Without Anxiety
A six-week course for learners who want to understand how the Thai stock market functions without being drawn into short-term speculation. The course covers the structure of the SET, how companies are categorised within it, what financial statements reveal in plain language, and how index-based thinking offers a patient alternative to stock-picking. Suitable whether you have avoided equities entirely or hold them without clarity about what you own.
What you will understand by the end:
- How the SET is structured and why it matters for Thai investors
- How companies are categorised and what sector classification reveals
- How to read core financial ratios in straightforward language
- Why index-based approaches suit a patient, lower-involvement style
- Where the boundaries of educational content end and advice begins
Program steps:
- Introduction to the SET: structure, boards, and market mechanics
- Company categorisation and sector logic
- Reading annual reports and financial statements
- Index-based investing — principles and Thai applications
- Practical market monitoring without obsession
- Completion and personal reflection worksheet
Support included:
- Email support throughout the six weeks
- Personal reflection worksheet at completion
- Full access to materials for six months after start
Support included:
- Email support throughout the ten weeks
- Monthly group discussion sessions
- Personal allocation worksheet at completion
- Full material access for eight months
Patient Investing Through Mutual Funds
A ten-week course focused on equity exposure through funds rather than individual stocks — an approach that tends to suit learners at a later career stage who prefer less day-to-day involvement. The course covers fund category distinctions, honest fee examination over long horizons, regular contribution practices, and the kind of long-range thinking that funds in Thailand are particularly suited to. Includes monthly group discussion hours and concludes with a personal allocation worksheet.
What you will understand by the end:
- The real differences between fund categories registered with the SEC
- How to examine fund fees over meaningful time horizons
- Regular contribution strategies and their practical implications
- How to compare fund performance without misleading yourself
- How to construct a personal allocation approach in a worksheet
Program steps:
- Why funds suit later-career investors — structure and logic
- SEC fund categories explained in plain terms
- Fee structures and how to calculate their long-run effect
- Regular contribution strategies for Thai investors
- Reading fund fact sheets and performance data honestly
- Building a personal allocation approach
- Market fluctuation and the patient investor's response
- Monthly group discussion — week 4 and week 8
- Allocation worksheet completion
- Program close and next steps
A Long-View Equity Program for Later Life
A fifteen-week program for learners who wish to thoughtfully incorporate equity exposure into a portfolio shaped for the second half of life. Topics include allocation rationale at different ages, the interplay between equity risk and drawdown needs, rebalancing practices, and the calm management of market fluctuations. The program closes with a personal investment framework document. Two optional mentor conversations are included.
What you will understand by the end:
- How to think about allocation in terms of your specific life stage
- The relationship between equity risk and drawdown timing needs
- Practical rebalancing — what it means and when it matters
- How to read and respond to market movements without panic
- How to build and document a personal investment framework
Support included:
- Email support for the full fifteen weeks
- Monthly group discussion sessions (three total)
- Two optional individual mentor conversations
- Personal investment framework document at close
- Material access for twelve months from start date
Mentor conversations are educational discussions, not financial advice. Flexible payment arrangements available — please enquire.
